Description
This small waterfront park provides good migration viewing in spring and fall. The trails are paved and mostly flat with some moderate inclines. There are playgrounds, restaurants, and many facilities close by.
Highlights
It presents an excellent place to view gulls, warblers, waterfowl, and finches. During winter, find White-winged Crossbills and Common Redpolls; in the fall, spot Killdeers and sandpipers in the sandy edges.
