The Eastern Loggerhead Shrike is a grassland songbird whose population is in danger of disappearing from its breeding grounds in eastern Canada. Wildlife Preservation Canada has managed the songbird’s recovery in eastern Canada on behalf of the federal government for nearly two decades now.

Join Jane Spero (Conservation Breeding Coordinator for the Loggerhead Shrike Recovery Program) to learn all about this amazing and unique predatory songbird and why we want to see it thriving again on our landscapes!
